A miscarriage is challenging enough to experience under the best of circumstances, with the most support and understanding. However, during the pandemic it has been much harder due to social isolation and distancing from family, friends as well as medical caregivers. This virtual support group is being offered for those grieving the loss of a very much wanted baby in these stressful times.

The group is FREE for all participants.

Three Little Birds

Our mission is tri-fold – 1. We provide immediate and long-term support to families experiencing the loss of a pregnancy and baby through various peer-assisted programs and services. 2. Ma Zen Space

In grieving a loss, it is important to find an emotionally supportive space. Ma Zen Space loss support groups create a holding space where you can openly and honestly process difficult unresolved thoughts and emotions.   There are no two women or losses that are identical and every mother grieves in her own way and in her own time. You will discover a sacred holding space to bear witness to the grief, restructure unhelpful ways of thinking, and create rituals to help process the grief.  During Ma Zen Space groups, you will find a safe space of support and connection.

Chester County Hospital

At Chester County Hospital in West Chester, PA, we realize that at times our patients require more than medical treatment when facing health care issues. That's why we have developed a wide variety of support groups to provide the residents of Chester County, PA with personal counseling and emotional support in dealing with illness and its physical and emotional effects. Support group participants attend sessions both to learn and to share. Patients and family members benefit from the information presented by guest speakers and draw strength from sharing their experiences with others.
