Almost all of the support groups we offered in-person have now moved to both online and in-person. We are hosting 24 loss-specific peer-support groups for adults each month, including:

Pregnancy and Infant Loss group

  • 1st Tuesdays and 3rd Tuesdays online

Any Baby Can

No family should ever have to experience the loss of a child. But if this tragic event happens, we want to help you. Any Baby Can's Center for Infant & Child Loss provides support to parents who have experienced the tragic loss of their infant, child, or teen due to any cause.

The Center for Infant and Child Loss services are offered to parents/guardians who have lost a child ages birth through 17 yrs and must reside in Bexar County or the 18 surrounding counties.

HOPE Support Group

The HOPE Support Group of Healing Hearts provides free bereavement support to help families that have experienced perinatal and infant loss. The complimentary consecutive six-week program is held throughout the year on Wednesdays from 6-7:30pm virtually to allow participation regardless of geographical location. The ideal Group size is 7-10 people and is facilitated by a licensed grief counselor. Session dates will vary and at least four individuals must participate in order to schedule a six-week session. To participate in The HOPE Support Group, please complete the HOPE group interest form. Please contact info@rmhc-ctx.org for an accessible version of the HOPE form.

Urban Family Co-op

If you are at this page you may have experienced the loss of a pregnancy or of an infant. We are grieved for you and understand the broken heart you are suffering. We feel that resources for this time are important though not often easy to come by. Sarah’s Heart

Sarah’s Heart provides Mother to Mother Support calls; Support Groups; Comfort Boxes; Remembrance Services; Bereavement Support and Education to help San Antonio families cope with the loss of a baby. We are an all volunteer organization.

Missing Pieces Support Group

Missing Pieces Support Group was organized by group of women who have experienced pregnancy losses ranging from first-term miscarriages to stillborns. We know the emotional and physical toll that this type of loss carries, and we are committed to helping others in this situation.

Adriatica Women's Health

Sudden Angels was founded in 2018 to serve the communities of McKinney, TX and neighboring areas. Whether you’ve suffered a pregnancy loss at any point during gestation, or have endured the death of an infant, know that you are not alone on this journey. We welcome couples and family members, or anyone else you’d like to include or feel could benefit from this circle of support. You do not need to be a patient of our practice to attend.

A support ministry for miscarriage, early infant death, prenatal diagnosis or infertility.

God’s Comfort in Loss

We are a group of mothers who have had miscarriages, and our hope is to provide grieving parents the opportunity for healing through comfort care packages, a monthly support group, one on one conversation with spiritual support, referrals, resources and more. The Children’s Park of Tyler

Our support groups provide a safe place for adults to process and find purpose through their grief, following the loss of a child. The child could have been any age and the loss could be recent or many years ago. Everyone is welcome. All groups meet inside Alison’s House at The Children’s Park. Unless otherwise noted. 

Sudden Angels

In Sudden Angels, you can learn ways to cope from other people going through a similar loss. You will have opportunities to:

  • Benefit from the perspectives and guidance of a licensed counselor and a minister during each meeting

  • Heal, grow and gain clarity through shared information, fellowship and compassion

  • Talk to others about processing and coming to terms with grief

  • Build a network of support, love and understanding

  • Include your partner, spouse, family members or friends

UT Health Austin’s Pregnancy Loss Management service offers diagnostic, counseling, and management options for patients experiencing pregnancy loss. We offer a full range of therapeutic options, including expectant, medical, and surgical management. Our goal is to create a treatment plan that addresses your physical and psychosocial well-being.

Bo’s Place

This group is available to mothers who have experienced the death of an infant, a miscarriage or a stillbirth. The group meets once a week for five consecutive weeks.

Postpartum Wellness

Your friends and family may not understand your grief after miscarriage. This can lead to more isolation and sorrow. The counselors at Postpartum Wellness have received specialized training to support mothers. Regardless of whether you have experienced a miscarriage, stillbirth, newborn death, or are pregnant following a loss we are here for you.
